Skillet Brownie on the smoker
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter (one stick)
- 1 cup white sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs at room temp
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Let’s Start:
- In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisk in between eggs
- Fold in the flour and chocolate chips just until the flour is combined
- Put batter into the greased skillet, smooth into even layer. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30 to 34 mins until center is set.
